A simple act of kindness can mean everything to someone who thinks that kindness is lost. Be kind.

In the next intentional journal entry I quickly discuss how stepping into a positive energy and light can dilute the negativity of people and environments by simply shining bright.

This thinking technique was found in the tools of Titans by Tim ferriss. It is incredible. Mind-altering for me. It allowed me to recognize that it is not that difficult to be happy. We just have to give more than we receive.
