   A staffer at the golf course that hosted the Ryder Cup blasts back at whiny American golfer Justin Thomas in a perfect way.  And Lane Kiffin's daughter is bringing something special with her from Ole Miss to LSU.

   Kristi Noem posted some serious truths and tough words on Monday that take a stance on illegal aliens like no other.  It's beautiful and this is her best way to communicate.   At the same time, a senator from Ohio has a perfect plan for American citizenship that should be passed as law ASAP.

   It wasn't the perfect Sunday for the Chiefs but something did happen for Kansas City that provides a sliver a daylight on a path to the playoffs.  

   Coach Lane Kiffen leaves Ole Miss for LSU even as his team is entering the College Football Playoff.  He's now the bad guy and I don't like him much either.  But he's clearly not the problem.  We'll explain what is.

   The Chiefs fall to the Cowboys and refs in Dallas as the playoff picture becomes dire for Kansas City.  This is becoming a season to forget.

   It's a great time to be reflecting and thankful for what we have living in the greatest country in the history of man.  We'll share a few thoughts.

   KU beats Notre Dame without star player Darryn Peterson.  K-State is at Indiana Tuesday while Mizzou gets a gimme.  Sophie Cunningham backs up Michael Porter Junior's comments about 8th grade boys being able to beat a WNBA team and a man known as "Russian Popeye" has a huge problem on his hands.

   The old adage "stats are for losers" almost applied to the Chiefs against the Colts except for one big, big thing.  The Chiefs won.  If you looked at all the numbers, this should have been a KC blowout as the defense was just spectacular against the best runningback in the NFL.  But it's the same troubles that have plagued this team all year that put the Chiefs in a really tough spot.  Penalties, sloppy turnovers and bad special teams.  Take the win, clean up the rest for the home stretch.

   It looks like it actually got tougher to make the playoffs as all three teams at 7-4, in the playoffs, have wins over KC too.  That means the Chiefs are two games back of all of them.

   It was a bummer of a college Saturday but nobody had it worse than KSU coach Chris Klieman who just lost it in his post game news conference, literally crying and asking for respect.  Oh my. 

   Trump wants to fix up Joint Base Andrews including their golf courses.  Does this guy miss anything?    The shutdown and more has put President Trump, for the first time, on a little thin ice with some of his base.  It's all about the economy and he seems to know it.  Now it needs to work.
