Eric and Paul open with a talk about Jacob Panetta's racist gesture towards Jordan Subban over the weekend in the ECHL and Panetta's apology, before bringing on NHL Network's Kevin Weekes (5:58) to get his thoughts on the incident, what it will take to teach people empathy, his own experiences with racism on-and-off the ice including an incident that happened Tuesday evening on his way to work, hockey’s exclusionary culture, and the steps that the sport needs to take in order to stop incidents like this from happening  and create a more welcoming and open culture.
