Kicks Wake Up Krew

Cash's girlfriend, Mimi, celebrates a birthday today! Happy birthday, Mimi!

Every morning at 9:10, Jenny shares some a positive news story, and it's not that today's wasn't good news, but it was just very...odd.

Cash & Mimi went rafting with Jenny's husband, Chris Bender, over the weekend, and Mimi may as well be a rafting guide now.

A guy is making news today after using the excuse of being hungry to try & get out of a speeding ticket, so...today's Call the Krew question wants to know what you've said or done to try to get out of one!

Kan Jam is one of the Wake Up Krew's favorite off-air activities, and most weekends, we're at one house or the other playing a game in the backyard. This past weekend was no exception---but Dub nearly sustained an injury at the hand of Cash's frisbee that may have altered Dub's um...reproductive abilities.

An Atlanta couple is making news today, after choosing to have their engagement pictures taken at their favorite restaurant: a Pizza Hut inside of a Target shopping center. Sounds a *little* crazy---but we'd all do it; so, today's Call the Krew question wanted to know what restaurant you'd choose for your engagement shoot!

Our sleep schedules are jacked up as it is, but after Friday's Waffle House Tour in Aiken, all three of us were ready for nap time---but Jenny Bender took it to a WHOLE new level.

Cash & Dub are in the thick of baby fever from their ladies, after being photographed holding babies on Friday.

Major nostalgia in today's Call the Krew question: what was the first country album that you ever bought?

No, for real: there has never been a more lame mascot in the history of ever, than the one at Cash's elementary school.

Teachers take the spotlight in today's Call the Krew, as we want to hear where you teach, what grade, and give you a chance to shout out your school's mascot!

Jenny is your pretty basic white girl, obsessed with movies about serial killers, but she just now got around to seeing Zodiac this weekend...and was NOT happy with the ending (even though it's a true story, so you literally cannot alter the ending, but good luck trying to tell her that.)

Last night was the finale of the Bachelorette, so in the spirit of bad first dates, we wanted to hear about yours in today's Call The Krew question--and Dub's fiance, Kelsey, called in to spill some previously unknown details about their first date!

Can You Not always brings out the saltiness in us--which is why we look forward to it every week, of course!

Jenny came into work this morning, SO excited that she saw her first ever live armadillo.

Dub's fiance, Kelsey, visited her parents in Florida over the weekend, and when Dub saw what she brought back, he FLIPPED---and not in a good way.

All three of us were completely underwhelmed by the series finale of Big Little Lies, so today's Call the Krew question wants to know: what has been the most disappointing series finale ever of a t.v. show?

Yesterday, we talked about the massive online debate about whether or not to change the observance of Halloween from October 31st to the last Saturday in November *ICYMI, you can hear the entire convo on yesterday's podcast here: https://kicks99.com/episodes/jenny-gets-concerned-looks-from-parents-after-asking-a-child-this-at-waffle-house-on-friday/

Now, Snickers is taking sides on the issue---and offering an UNBELIEVABLE incentive for people to sign the official petition (https://www.change.org/p/president-of-the-united-states-join-the-saturday-halloween-movement), so if people weren't convinced before that changing the date of Halloween is a good idea, this should change their minds!
