Kicks Wake Up Krew

Friday, Jenny put in a vacation request for the last week of June...that same day, she received a jury duty summons in the mail. Because doesn't sitting in a courtroom with no cell phones allowed sound SO much more fun than chilling on a beach with a Straw-ber-ita?! Thanks, judicial system.

Cash is back from his very first trip to Atlanta over the weekend, and has a couple of questions. We also have some questions about Robert Pattinson as the new Batman--specifically, "WHAT WERE THEY THINKING?!?"

Also, today's Call the Krew question is part one of a two-day segment. The men will get to have their say tomorrow, but today we wanted to know: What do you wish men would not do?

We're not pretending that we could keep up with those kids who tied for first place in the National Spelling Bee last night, BUT...in the spirit of friendly competition, we were curious about who among us would win at spelling.

The Benders joined Dub & Kelsey at the movies this weekend and saw the new live-action remake of Aladdin--and Jenny Bender has a SCATHING review!

Cash shares some big news: he his girlfriend Mimi have been wanting one for awhile; and now that they're all settled into their new home here in Augusta, they decided it was time to add another member to the family and are adopting! Bruno is 5 months old and comes home from the SPCA Animal Shelter in Aiken next week.

Our Friday tradition, TGIF Because Why, is lit today, with everyone excited for Memorial Day weekend; and we made it rain with Greenjackets tickets in Liar Liar & Can't Beat Jenny!

Roseanne Barr says that she has several anonymous Twitter accounts, to clap back at trolls without them knowing that it's her. That sounds a little weird--but it turns out that one member of the Wake Up Krew also has an anonymous Twitter account to throw shade without anyone knowing who it is!

Jenny's winning streak was broken today by Nikki in Augusta, who cleaned up in Can't Beat Jenny today; Cash's statement in Liar Liar will have you cringing for days; and Maren Morris kicks a nasty habit in today's Nashville 411.

Cash forgot to take out the garbage yesterday, and apparently, asking his girlfriend, Mimi, to take it out wasn't the best choice...

Jenny talks about how intimidating it has been to open up about her battle with obesity and fear of internet trolls, but has all of our facebook & instagram followers to thank for showing nothing but kindness and restoring her faith in internet humanity. Our Kicks community is the best!
