How often have you wanted to ask a question even before someone had finished talking? It could your parents or teacher. I am guilty of doing this. But, over the last few weeks, I realised that if I wait for a few seconds or minutes, a few of my questions may be answered. In our 5 deep breaths segment, we will discuss questions that can wait.

A lot of my friends talk about how they are finding it challenging to be amongst other people again. Talking with people or participating in class is a little difficult for some of them. In our 5 deep breaths segment, we will discuss a few tips to start working on these social skills and also some responsibilities that kids that don't have social anxiety should take up.

I hope you all had a chance to check out my new book. As a child, I love reading books that have beautiful illustrations. The Diary of a Wimpy Kid is one of my favorite books for that reason. For my book Konnichiwa Izumi: Adventures in 2040, I worked with Ms. Tania John for the illustrations. She was extremely patient and brought my main characters Izumi and Akira to life.
In this episode, I will speak with her to understand the process of illustrating a book and how a manuscript gets converted into beautiful images.
You can buy my book on Amazon or my website.

Yes, you read it right! My 2nd book Konnichiwa Izumi: Adventures in 2040 is out now. I'm super excited to see my stories and characters in print. It is available on Amazon and Flipkart and will also be available in all leading bookstores across the country soon.
The process of writing has many steps. From the time one thinks of the theme, characters, and plot to the actual writing, editing, illustrating, finding a publisher and getting the final design of the book ready. Many people have asked me about this process and I will be discussing 2 important aspects in this episode and the next.
In this episode, I spoke with Ms. Kalpana Misra, the editor of my book and asked her some questions about the role of an editor and how the entire process works. She is also an English teacher and shared some wonderful tips with me in pursuing hobbies and how to think about writing in general.
