Krista Richard has been teaching for many years and when she came back to Moncton she started teaching at Forest Glen School. Seeing a huge need she has started up many school programs for the students to get them playing and moving. Everything from an early morning walking program to an after-school sports program plus many many more. Donating their time to these programs plus getting the community to donate all kinds of things to help less fortunate students in the inner city. Krista is also a very accomplished athlete on her own. She has competed on the N.B. Softball and Broomball team Olympic Handball and Field Hockey teams. Krista has played at the Olympics for Handball and was named N.B. athlete of the year. Lastly, Krista has cycled through tons of countries, sometimes on her own. Countries such as Austria, Hungry, Germany, Holland and Vietnam plus much much more. Krista is definitely motivated to move and her passion has followed her through her teachings to all the students.
