As the new season of their show is set to air, Meredith shares her thoughts on the recent separations of some of her castmates, and how she's come to terms with the challenges of being on a reality show.

They talk about how the show can be both a blessing and a curse, and how it's up to each couple to decide how they want to use the experience to grow and learn from each other.
