Kiki Shepard, the longtime co-host of “Showtime at the Apollo,” has died at age 74. Known as the “Apollo Queen of Fashion,” she helped define the iconic Harlem stage for more than a decade and later founded The KIS Foundation to raise awareness about sickle cell disease.
