BTK stands for Bind, Torture, Kill.  Dennis Radar murdered ten victims after stalking them in Kansas.  His killings satisfied his disturbed sexual fantasies of strangling and tormenting helpless women.  This is part 2.

Ed Kemper has graduated to killing female hitchhikers.  His hate for his mother drives his fantasies.  He has a genius level IQ, and it makes him all the more dangerous.  He is portrayed in the Netflix series Mind Hunter.

Gary Michael Heidnik's plan to capture women and keep them chained in his basement to "breed" them comes full circle.

Gary Michael Heidnik showed many signs of mental illness before his first murder.  At the end, Heidnik kidnapped 6 women, chained them in his basement in Philadelphia, and murdered two of them.
