Her life is bizarre, only to be upstaged by her traumatic death. Haley rounds out the episode by exploring the history of Rosey the Riveter.

As a quick bonus release, we add the extra conversation we had about the social importance of the HELA cells, how they were taken from Henrietta Lacks, and how they've affected so many people.

This week on Killer History, Haley leads the charge through the newly established Republic of Texas and their land disputes with Mexico, specifically the Mier Expedition and their affinity for beans on the battlefield.
