Today I'm going doing a Q&A quickie on one of the questions that every person whose ever been with a narcissist has asked- why is it, that even though the relationship was so difficult, and so fraught, they seem to manage to have a better relationship after the breakup?
The answer is, they don't- but they REALLY want you to think they do. Listen up and learn how the cycle of narcissistic relationships makes this all an illusion, and how to break out of the fog.

Virginia is a financial freedom fighter and the creator of the Money Project. She's a certified money coach with 20 years of coaching experience under her belt, but she's spent the last 6 years helping women take control of their finances.
Money is one of the hardest things for us to talk about- we'll discuss sex, death, and ANYTHING else before we get to our finances. When we know where the money is going, we have control over what to do with it so we can start to create for ourselves, and our lives. In this episode, we talk about how to uncover your own money blockages, rewrite your money story, and even how to enjoy doing a budget.
If you like money, have ever struggled with money, or want more money, you're definitely going to want to listen!

Cults! Cults! Cults!
With more information than ever available at the tips of our fingers, how is it possible that destructive cults still manage to hook unsuspecting people? Well, we could say the same thing about red flags, but lord knows that's not stopping anyone as well as we'd hope. Last episode we got to why there are so many more cults, and today we’re looking at how they do it. We all know the cycle of manipulation, but how does this work on a massive scale?
This episode I’ll be taking you on a deep dive into the twisted worlds of Herbalife and QAnon. We’re going into the nitty gritty- how they recruit, who they target, and a thorough investigation of the specific tools of manipulation each of these groups use. Plus, how our old friend Abraham Maslow might combat this rise in toxic groups.
If you were ever curious about how cults work in the day to day, this is the episode for you.

Support the showModern cults are more sophisticated, more insidious, and further reaching than ever before. And, to be frank, it's scarier and weirder than I could have ever imagined. In 1982, it was estimated there were between 300,000 and 3 million people in a cult. In 2017, Herbalife alone had 4.7 million members around the world. 😟What's the deal with this explosion of modern cults???
We used to think about cults as being a religion and a charismatic leader- but that's not enough anymore. I believe that cults are akin to being in a large scale abusive relationship. If we want to understand why so many of us are getting into toxic relationships with groups, we need to adopt a new model.
In this episode, I explore the reasons for why there are so many new cults, why they're so successful, their parallels to toxic relationships and a new, better way of thinking about the toxic perils and practical application of mind control.

Is dating really harder for men? A lot of men feel like the standards and expectations aren't stacked in their favor and even getting their foot in the door is a monumental task. So what do you do if you're not tall or rich?
I sat down with Dominey Drew, host of the Art of Attraction podcast and a premier dating coach for men who takes a intuitive approach to helping men find love through self-mastery. Instead of focusing on numbers and hookups, she takes a different approach and focuses on self-awareness and mindset management. In this episode we talk about what your body has to teach you, the nonsense of pick up artistry, and how to stop letting online dating get in the way of finding the one.
Dominey Drew is a premier dating coach for men who takes an intuitive approach to help her clients make the inner shift to find love through self mastery. She has helped CEOs find the same success in love that they have in business through a powerful process of mindset management. She has been featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur magazine, and Thrive Global.

No two relationships are the same-but sometimes we find ourselves in the same pattern again and again. So why is that?
How is it possible that even after you swore you would NEVER date another guy like your ex, the relationship after him ended the same way? Why do people always have a "type" that falls for them. Do you have sign on your head that's making the wrong kind of person flock to you? Are you cursed?
In this episode, I explain how your Relationship Map is the mental structure that dictates who you are attracted to, what kind of relationships you have, and even who you believe you are supposed to be. Your map goes far beyond just your romantic life, it is your guide to all relationships- your relationship to work, friends, colleagues, and even yourself.
If you are looking for a fresh start, to figure out what the heck happened, and to live your authentic self, this episode is an absolute must listen.

Manipulation is to a narcissist what a surfboard is to a surfer. Manipulation isn't just about getting one over on someone, in some ways it's the lifeblood of what keeps them going. Narcissism isn't just an extremely dangerous personality disorder, narcissistic abuse (I believe) is one of the biggest dangers in our society today.
Why would someone want to manipulate someone else in the first place? Why do narcissists discard? Why are their interactions so confusing? As dangerous as they are, the good news is that manipulation and narcissism are predictable patterns of behavior, and once we underlying the underlying pieces and motivations it's very easy to understand, and stop it in it's tracks. You can't manipulate someone who already knows what you're up to.
In this episode, I break down the structure of narcissistic manipulation so you can understanding and neutralize it, keeping you sane and safe.

Why is it the most empathetic people have the hardest lot in life? Is your desire to be compassion f***ing up your chances? Is your intuition making you a slave to desire? It seems like every time I’ve looked at my cards lately, they’ve been here to tell us that we need to use our Queen energy to get ahead. (And no, this isn’t just for women or people with vaginas.)
In today’s episode, we're going to sit down with the Queen of Cups and learn how to use the forces of empathy, compassion, and intuition to be totally in charge of your kingdom to manifest your desires, and create anything you want.
