Trying times have a way of making us wonder where we're supposed to go, and how do we rebuild from here? How do we know where to go, when we don't even know where we are or have a ground to stand on? These are the questions we're all faced with right now, and so I want to share with you the things that got me through one of the hardest times in my life.
My narc ended up taking me around the world with what began as a beautiful story, only to become a hole I never thought I’d get out of- that in the end propelled me to levels I had never even conceived of.
He ultimately taught me how to stop settling and demand (and get) more, to trust myself, to love myself, and who I wanted to be in the world (this even helped start Killing Cupid!).
Light is brighter when you're in the dark. If you’ve ever been with a narcissist, or even if you're just going through a hard time and you're not sure where to start, this is the episode for you.

Nobody wants to deal with a fuckboy, and everyone wants to know how to spot them (I hear some dress like lumberjacks). They're blamed for the demise of countless relationships, time wasted, and generally f***ery that nobody has time for.
Lucky for you, I've put in years of hands on research to break down the tell tale signs of this modern marvel, and how to avoid getting burned.

Isn't dating supposed to be easier when you have it all? Get a good job they said, it'll be fun!
Hah! Nice Try! Dating sucks for everyone, and that includes you!
Today I took a Q&A questioner from a listener who despite having it all, can't seem to get her love life to progress past a few dates and boring dinners. So what gives? Isn't dating supposed to be fun and exciting (especially if you're hot and successful)?
It can be, but in some cases, being hot and successful might be making it harder than it has to be.

Even if you haven't heard of the Coolidge Effect, you've heard of it. Simply put, it's what drives us to keep seeking out more intense sexual experiences, or new partners even when we love what we've got.
The Coolidge Effect is blamed for the breakup of marriages, porn addiction, and a whole host of other relationship issues- but is that the truth? Are we looking outside of our relationships for new stimulation because that's how nature intended, or are we doing it because we've been watching too much porn and need to see crazier s*** to get off?
Today I'm teaming up with an old friend, fellow relationship coach Harley O'Connor for a lesson what it's really about, and how to make sure relationship stands the test of time.

You know them better than they know themselves. Your research skills could beat out a CIA operative. You have multiple fake accounts because they've already blocked you and you laugh at their piddly privacy settings. You know everything they do, who they hang out with, where they ate lunch- it's only stalking if you get caught, right?
Then, one accidental, "like", and it all comes crashing down before you.
Jokes aside, social media stalking is serious s***. It's a heartbreaking waste of time that prevents you from moving on, and is really f***ing creepy for the person you're stalking. You know this, you hate it, and you keep doing it. So what gives?
In this episode, I'm going to dig in deep about what's going on behind the scenes that's driving you to stalk your ex, and how to get a grip and get free.

"You can't get over someone by getting under them"
You don't have to like someone to fuck them, but you should at least not hate them. Why then do we keep doing it? Why do we keep messing around with the people who hurt us when there's a sea of people who would never?
Breaking up isn't easy, and making a clean break is even harder. In this episode, Nadia goes into the psychology of why we can't seem to stop messing around with the people who hurt us, even if it's at our own expense.

If you've ever dated someone who left you feeling confused, burned out, and lonely, this is the episode for you.
Narcissism is a term that gets thrown around- A LOT.
But what does it mean? It's not your self-esteem (or lack thereof), it's not only a personality disorder, but dealing with someone who has narc like tendencies can be a big deal for everyone.
In this episode Nadia breaks down what the DSM has to say about Narcissism, and real talk about what that means.

Did you know that soulmate breakups are the worst kind of breakup there is?
I mean, of course you did-but do you KNOW WHY that is?
In this episode, Nadia goes into the sneaky psychology that causes us to fall for the worst people for us- and why we think it's divine intervention (PLUS-what your soulmate says about the rest of your dating life).
