There's a popular technology today called "virtual reality." Which is really unreal reality. It's all simulated. There are some who seem to enjoy living in their own fantasy world, rather than the here and now or "present reality." The Apostle Paul has been giving the Roman church quite a bit of practice or theology. Now, beginning in chapter 5, he begins to get practical. His point of emphasis is "What is true about you, Christian? Know what your present reality is." The truth is filling for us today. Do you know your identity in Christ and your present reality?

The Passover Lamb had to die. But the Lamb was also the King. Do you believe Jesus is King? Not everyone does. Some reject Him. Others view Him with derision. But millions and millions have embraced Jesus as the King. Join us as we explore the Resurrection story looking at Jesus as King.

Jesus gave some very unusual instructions to His disciples. "Go get the donkey." Have you ever considered what might have gone through the minds of the two disciples sent into town to untie a donkey and bring it to Jesus? "This is out of my comfort zone." "This doesn't make sense." "This is not natural for me to do this." What if Jesus asked you to go get a donkey? Will you trust Him and get the donkey? It's highly likely that God will ask us to do some things in this life that we won't understand. When He does, our response should be to go get the donkey.

Deuteronomy 5:15a & 8:2

There are so many things we need to and should remember, yet somehow, we often forget things. Some are important and other things we forget really aren't that big fo a deal. From time to time for the church, it's vital that we be called to remember who we are and why we exist, what our mission is and what steps we will take to accomplish our mission. Moses called the nation of Israel to remember where they had come from and what God had done for them. I want to share with you some things that are good for us to remember and then talk about a few ways we will attempt to accomplish the mission.
