Everybody cassid I am a very high powered empath. I know you think I'm weird but I am I accept it so move on. But this episode when I woke up this morning I knew that Ron's spirit guide people have once again attached themselves to me it's stronger than it was before and if you've listened to my podcast you'll know what I'm talking about. But what the heck. During this podcast you will actually see them send me a sign. Because I do not cry!

It just doesn't seem fair that when you have questions and you ask them that more than likely they're going to act as if you are crazy! Which actually then does make you feel like you're crazy.

I love to be able to use the cloud and all of the awesome things that we have added to technology. However I still believe we are not safe and after the last phone outage I hope other people realize just how much control would be taken away if everything is controlled by the internet and the government.

When I started this lifestyle change I started it with Ron because I wanted to help him be successful on his journey. We well we all know that that is no more but my journey continues My Lifestyle plan change has changed and I have officially lost 30 lb. And I lost the pounds because of my lifestyle change and my lifestyle change is now because of me and not because of somebody else.

In every situation when we're not giving all the facts our brain and ego fill in the sentences with our own story. And then when more data comes in we need to go back and refill in those sentences with new information so that we do not carry that information forward as if it is fact. Other people give us false information our ego contributes to this. That is what I'm doing right now.

Where do men get these sayings? It's not you it's me. I love you but I'm not in love with you?

So much stuff going on today. Didn't sleep last night, send an email to ron, found out he's not in love with me, huge crowd at our ribbon cutting, and now we're here ready to take a nap before I have to work tonight.

So today did not turn out the way I thought it was going to. All I have to say is that I do not understand how people can be so mean and evil and disrespect people that they say that they love. Will I be okay? Of course I'll be okay but it still isn't fair that other people think that it's okay to treat people this way.

Day three of being off tick tock and I do not miss being told how other people believe life should be.
