Times are changing and I am happy that I was raised when I was!!

Many times we focus on what people around us have and try to pretend that we deserve what they have without even knowing their situation. We used to call this keeping up with the Joneses.

So for the past couple days I have been doing the virtual 3-day conference by Tony Robbins. So let's talk about that.

It's not every Monday that I just want to lay around and do absolutely nothing. But that is not a possibility in a January or February or March or really even in april. So I guess I'm going to have to wait till May to have a lazy monday.

The media is not being used like it used to be. It used to be to inform us but I now believe it's used to control us.

Well since June I have lost 26 lb ish and now I am going to put myself into a slow calorie maintenance for 3 months. Why you ask?

I saw a quote on Facebook that someone put this was hard to read. And it talked about how God removes people from your life. And I went to comment but then I realized it would make a better podcast.
