Today we talk about Introverts. We spend so much money on pretending that we want to help people.  Single parents can have it tough if they don't have a dependable car. I think I have a solution. Check out what I think would be a great idea for a non profit. 

The Kansas City Chiefs won the Super Bowl after 50 years! Grumpy weird people are still being upset by half time shows.

In 2010 they passed some new rules regarding school lunches. Now they want to make more changes that takes off some of the health restrictions on what school districts can serve. It is important that we start kids at a young age on learning about eating healthy. This doesn't mean they have to eat salads all the time but at least understand what they are putting in their body. Might help them not have to try every fad diet when they get older.  So check out what Tyson and I have to say about school lunches.
