Speaking of wins, I'm curious about your thoughts on physical movement as part of self-love. There seems to be this persistent myth that exercise has to be punishing.

 I bring through the energy of yeshua. And as he comes forward, he says, i am yeshua. And i am bringing back. The energy of the christ-like consciousness. And the white rose energy. Purity. So, sit in a nice comfortable place. Make sure that you have a blanket around you. Some water. A crystal of your choice. 

 That you're sitting comfortably. So as we close our eyes, Keep your eyes open, whatever makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. And just breathe in through the nose. And out through the mouth. Through the nose and out through the mouth. And relax. Bring you awareness to your feet. And imagine those beautiful roots of light. Going down into the mud. Going down into the rocks. Down into the crystal layer. Down through the ocean. And all the way down to the center of mother earth. A mother earth, plant your beautiful roots into mother earth. Whilst we do this meditation. And whilst we're with mother earth. We ask if there is a message. Or a gift. And mother earth says my child. You are loved. You are loved. You are worthy. And she gives you a gift. Can be a crystal could be a flower. Whatever it comes to your mind, just accept the gift. And say thank you to mother earth. And you bring those beautiful roots. With a pink white and green energy coming all the way up your roots, into your feet, your ankles, your legs, your knees, your thighs. And all the way up to your heart. Place your hand on your heart and just rub. I am worthy. I am loved. I am unconditional love. I am compassion. I am kindness. And breathe in. The white rose energy. And the christ-consciousness gold energy. And feel that coming into your face, your nose. Your head, your brain. Your ears, your eyes, your nose, your mouth. All the way down to your throat. Chakra, your heart chakra. Your shoulders, your arms, your hands. And all the way down, down, down, down, down down to mother earth. So you are now connected with the energy of mother earth. And the christ-like consciousness. And good source energy. And we call in archangel Michael, uriel Gabriel, raphael Metatron, and sandals and to protect you. Whilst we go on this journey. Review Yeshua. And as yes, you are steps forward now. You can see he's beautiful, beautiful, white light. And his arms are out for you to hug him. And as you come forward. You place your mind body and soul. Into his embrace. And your whole body. Is of pure white light energy. All you see is beautiful white light energy. Do not be afraid my child. Do not be afraid. Come walk with me. Let me show you. Let's go on that journey. And as you're in that circle, with yeshua and that beautiful white light, You end up. On this beautiful forest. The smell of the fresh grass, the smell of the trees, the smell of the sky. Beautiful trees, full of fruits. And the grass is full of food. And there's a river. And trees and paths. You see flowers, you see animals. You see birds? And you sit on a bench with yeshua. And he asks that you just take in. What you'll see in. Embrace what you see embrace, what god, source energy, and mother earth provide for you. The apples on the trees to pears on the trees. The raspberries the cherries. The bananas, the oranges, the lemons, the mangoes. The pineapples, the coconut. Joshua says. Yes, she was says we have provided this for you. Good source, energy has provided this for you.
