The dragon energy comes fourth with their fire energy and they would like to offer you a healing with their fire energy. At this time it is important to shred as many layers as we can from out mind body and spirit so that we van more forward spiritually. I ask that you close your eyes and take deep breathes and become centred. I am drersuka and I am a large black dragon and I carry the black crystal energy. I come forward now and I breathe the fire into your  mind, body and spirit clearing, cleansing and releasing all that no longer serves you. Feel the fire energy and the layers  of healing that are taking place. Sit for as long as you need in this energy and accept the process. When you feel ready, i want your to call fourth your own dragon and feel a dragon coming onto your sight now or you may feel the energy - sit quietly taking deep breaths and just stay in this place for as long as you want. When you are ready to return just bring yourself back by wiggling your fingers and toes and make sure your grounded, write in your journal what happened and what your dragon looked liked.

A 10 minute calming, relaxing and healing meditation, you can listen anytime as long as you are in a safe place to relax. You can use in your breaks from work, when you get home from work or just before sleep.

12 minute chakra healing meditation to clear, cleanse and recharge your seven chakra's. Mother Earth will be with you on the journey and the Rose energy. 
Make sure you are sitting quietly, light a candle and some incense and have a drink of water ready to drink after the meditation.
Archangel Michael, Uriel, Gabriel, Raphael, Metatron and Sandalphon will be helping you release and let go of what no longer serves you and then helping to recharge your chakra's.

Come journey with the  Mother Earth and the Natural Realm and meet the trees, flowers, insects, wild animals and birds. The journey will take you through to a forest, where you will journey with a tree down into the bottom of the grass. You will be attended to the tree roots and receive strong healing  from the roots. 

You will come out of the meditation attuned to the natural realm and have a wonderful understanding of how the natural Realm communicate and help each other.
There will be some big shifts within you and a greater relationship with Mother Earth and the natural Realm
