This week marks the beginning of Anti-bullying Week 2018, an initiative that helps young people understand what bullying is and why respect is so important.

We spoke with Natalie Savvides, anti-bullying campaigner and author of the ’Henry & Henrietta Heartbeat’ book series that educates children about the importance of kindness.
