They, and kelci, are what make me strive to be a better person. I love them so much, and am grateful for every minute I have with them. My heart already hurts that they will leave us one day 💔

This is a song I wrote to encompass some of the emotion of my 100 mile race in Miami 2 years ago. Not a finished product , but hope you enjoy it

It’s been stigmatized to be a horrible thing, but I honestly feel like it has saved my life and brought me back from a dark dark place. I get it’s not great for everyone, and can be abused, but it has been a miracle to me and my life .

Crazy hike, fun times, enjoying life!

Learning things you were never wanting to learn, is never fun. Transition and change are hard. But for me it’s been worth it, and I think if I tried staying in the church, I would have gone crazy. I’ve found peace in new beliefs, and if you’re struggling maybe you can as well

I think our world has gotten a little bit sensitive, and I think people in power are taking advantage of us so I wrote this song
