I’m feeling frustrated how influenced society is towards things that aren’t important. Our culture has shifted and a lot of what is big now, is sex, and money, and prestige, and it’s just a really bad message for the young minds growing up.

Leaving your past in the past can be much easier said than done. When I left my marriage and Mormonism, I abandoned pretty much everything that I was. I didn’t have any idea how to even start to navigate life, which is probably why running 100 miles seemed like a fun challenge. Completing that fulfilled me 0%. I’m fulfilled differently than others I beleive. I feel a sense of longing for something bigger right now. Especially with the way the world “appears”. Love you all

I had the most terrifying dream, and in my dream I used the name of Jesus to free myself and my family from a demonic spirit. It was so real feeling. I hate that evil exists, but so grateful goodness exists to combat it!

Cori has been pursuing comedy, pretty much her entire life. She started stand up about a year and a half ago and she is hilarious. She has dreams of writing for SNL one day, also writing a show and so many other cool things most people never let themself pursue.

Over the last couple years, my confidence and self-worth has taken a little bit of a hit. A lot because of my profession a lot because of putting myself out there in a very vulnerable way with music and podcasting. And i rate my self-worth on what others think of me. So when there is a, huge lack of support when you are putting your heart and soul into something or lack of recognition. My belief in myself goes down. So I am trying to work on those issues.

Sophie comes on for a little bit. We talk about life and how people make decisions that keep them from their dreams. Then kelci and I talk about marketing at the home show this last weekend. I say things like, gonna kill myself, or kill yourself, but I don’t mean it. I have had friends commit suicide and I shouldn’t say things like that, but I’m not perfect, and don’t like to edit my episodes!

When these things are going good, circadian rhythm seems to be on point !
