In 2021, in the midst of the “cancel culture” boom, many companies decided to waive the white flag of surrender and forsake the values, the Biblical morality and just accept the policies and mandates being forced upon them.  

We had just began the process of coming out of COVID. We were trying to get the economy back. Many people just wanted to return to work. Then we have this wave of idiocy that says if you believe in Godly principles – you’re wrong. If you believe in traditional values – you’re wrong. If you believe anything except what “we say” – you’re wrong. 

That type of attitude still exists today. Although they have had to “calm down” their rhetoric, the same corrupt mentality is still prevalent in many organizations as they push their “woke agenda” as far as they can. 

Wouldn’t it be nice to work for an organization that you know, going in…that you know, when you apply…that you know, “this company” stands for what I believe in? Wouldn’t that be a good place to start when looking for a company to make a career change in your life?

When I was going through your website, I seen positions that ranged from accountants to truck drivers; from pre-K teachers to insurance agents…you have a very thorough and rounded out platform with literally thousands of different positions, correct? 

Explain how your website works… for example, if I was looking for a job, what would I have to do? 

As an employer, you share that 46% of all new hires are bad hires.  Is it really almost half?  

You have a chart on your website that says, “Companies that actively engage have a clear advantage verses companies that have low engagement.” What do you mean by that?

You mention Donald Trump’s image is actually engraved on an Israeli coin? When did that happen? 

How could Donald Trump be like Cyrus? 

I like the analogy of Trump’s name…and referenced in the Bible… things like “The Last Trump.”  If he would have won his 2020 election, he would preparing to leave office right now – while everything in the Middle East is on fire, basically.  But now, he is preparing to reenter the foray (so to speak)…and this will be his “last” time he could do so… so that equates to “The Last Trump” – at least from the stand point of the election.   

You also have drawn references from Donald Trump’s campaign slogan of “Make America Great,” and  how that flies in the face of global elites. How does that work as far as scripture is concerned? 

You also see Trump possibly helping out, with what you call, a “second Exodus.”  What does that mean and how do you see it happening?

When I was in the military, I had a saying that was, “The maximum effective range of an excuse is ZERO meters.” In other words, there are NO excuses… there may be a “reason” something is happening – but that is not an excuse.  

I read you have about the same philosophy in that area saying, “Bring solutions, not excuses.” Is that correct? 

Let’s go back to how you first started…  you quit your job…what as the first thing you did after that?  What was the first step on your path to success? 

What type of person or company are you looking for? Surely this is not a “we take everyone” type of mentality, correct?
