There is a spiritual paradox in the Western Church today. We have hearts that are cold toward God, yet we use a pseudo-spiritual facade created by materialism to produce lukewarm lives. The Lakes address how Satan has used materialism and shallow humanism to entrap the Church!

The time of Easter bunnies and colored eggs is upon us. Can participating in Easter egg hunts actually give Satan a legal right to attack believers? With the rise of radical Islam, how can believers find safety and place our trust in God’s promises in the 91st Psalm to keep us from danger? What traps has Satan laid to ensnare us and hinder our walking in the promises of God’s Word? Dr. Lake and Mary ask the riveting question: We know that Almighty God is a good God and He is no respecter of persons, so why is there protection for some believers and not for others? They dive into this question that most avoid and compare the different covenants and the importance of establishing the Kingdom of God, not only within us but all around us.
