Kingdom Radio

Can I share with you how humbling it is to know that we're on our second season of chasing this dream of being on the radio. Our videos and audio shows have sound effects, voice overs and take a considerable amount of additional effort compared to just clicking a button and going live. I also believe the personal touch that Laura and I provide the Christmas industry is extremally valuable. Much like a "Pot Luck" luncheon, every person that's attending, brings something. You don't just go somewhere with your hand out looking for something free, you bring something to the table everywhere you go. To take it a step further, your mere presence and attendance should make things better. :)

Transworld was very difficult for Laura and I to attend since it was so close to our takedown and storage timelines. Being there however, we were able to compare the difference between last year and this one. We noticed that there wasn't as many people in attendance as the previous season before but in the same breath, there was a surprising difference in the vendor space. Twinkly for example grabbed a huge space of their own this year and had quite an impressive set up. Another notable mention this year was the Coco Bar. This product was made by the same people who did the Tree Tiki Bar last year and I personally interviewed him on this show.

If you want to speak about new updates to the show on the Christmas side, I would have to start with the Christmas host hotel, The Magnolia. This place is right across the street from the convention and was decorated to the nines. Universal Statues did a fantastic job on that one and it looked like everyone was having a great time during our visit. Yeah, you heard that right... it became so popular so fast, Laura and I didn't book the room fast enough before they sold out. :(

Here at Kingdom Christmas Lights, we are your local Christmas light installation contractor and holiday lighting company in the greater Houston Texas area. We specialize in custom commercial grade lighting displays for both residential and commercial projects. Our honest per foot pricing offers a comfort to know that you're only paying for what is on your property. This means you'll never have to hassle with untangling lights or standing in lines again. All we can do it try to make better decisions in the future which brings me to my next point. For the last 3 years, Laura and I have been practicing our skills and working for free to gain the experience we have now. Starting in 2023 (right now), we will be offering packages for our Kingdom Radio interviews, event experience shows (like this one) or feature your company in some way on our platform. It's finally that weekend that we look forward to all year! Without all of the hype and celebrities fighting for attention, it's just the football and it's this weekend! We invited Dan Scott back to the show to continue with our NFL coverage and his insight into the games has been spot on. His new found love for Jalen Hurts its a bit surprising but I see a jersey in the Amazon cart soon. :) If I haven't said this already... Thank you so much for following our content and supporting our show with your participation. This is a throwback interview of our friend Augie Roper from Minleon USA. Augie is the top sales person in the United States of Minleon products through his HLM distribution network. We at Kingdom Christmas Lights are happy to be in the Houston Texas division of that network which allows us to be aggressive in our marketplace with the best quality Christmas products at factory direct pricing.

Our relationship with Augie started a few years ago and he has been one of the best assets to our company since then. As many of you may already know, we sell commercial grade Christmas light installation materials online at ChristmasContractor.com where you can find the best prices on Minleon products.

We would like to give a special thank you to our favorite online radio station, Kingdom Radio for putting the Christmas interview series together and allowing these type of interviews to be possible.

Now that Christmas is finally over and all of the lights have been taken down, we're ready to plan 2023. It all starts with a trip to Denver Colorado where Laura and I will be spending some quality family time in the snowy mountains outside the city. Yes, we're bringing the kids so they can see and play in the snow for the very first time in their lives. It will also be their first time traveling in an airplane so it will 100% be some "Bucket List" scratching during this trip.

The interesting part of our return is that we only get a one day layover at home before having to leave again for St. Louis. We are looking forward to making this trip (just the two of us) but we're still going to need some travelers grace to keep our flights on schedule and our sitter remaining in a sound mind. As long as these few things can happened like we planned, we will see your smiling faces in St. Louis and will be looking forward to hanging out and meeting as many of you as possible. :)

If I could just take a moment and speak about Kingdom Radio and our plans for 2023, we believe this year will be the year of "DOUBT REMOVED". If there is something you've been dreaming about and working towards like we have been with this radio station, this is going to be the year we press forward with confidence. Here at Kingdom Radio, our shows are now on every platform and continue to get better and better every season. Season 2 will explode with new content for our radio channel.

Thank you for listening to our shows and supporting our channel with a like over the years! #Transworld2023 #Denver2023 #KingdomRadioTX #KingdomXmas #LightInstallers

On this episode, we cover the NFL playoffs from what happened last week to what we predict to happen this weekend. We start off Saturday with the Jacksonville Jaguars heading into the hostile territory against the Kansas City Chiefs. This is going to be the game that we don't believe to be close and should be a blowout of epic proportions. Next we will have the New York Giants visiting the Philadelphia Eagles which should be the closer game of the two number one seed games but we believe the best football will be played on Sunday. Sunday will start with the Cincinnati Bengals making a trip to Buffalo to take on DA Bills. This game has AFC Championship caliber teams and should not disappoint. The last game of the Divisional Playoff Round Weekend is the grand finale of football games showcasing the Dallas Cowboys against the San Francisco 49ers. This is the game that everyone is looking forward to and should be the GAME OF THE WEEK! Thank you for following Kingdom Radio, WHY Sports and our other Kingdom Platforms. #WHYSports #KingdomRadioTX #LightInstallers #KingdomXmas
