Central teaching: in Revelation, the reward is for “him who overcomes,” which means returning to first love, refusing to backslide, and enduring challenges so God can send help.

This year, my focus, at least beginning this year, in my teachings, is to produce for the Lord Christians indeed. Genuine faith shows in character— honesty, integrity, generosity— so Christians are trusted with money and responsibilities. The goal is a life that reflects Christ, not merely words.

From my distress I called upon the Lord. The message reflects that God answers, sets us in a large place, and helps us not to fear. It also points to “the gates of righteousness” as the way God leads us through troubles, purifying His saints and revealing His face, so we trust Him more than people.

Cease striving and know that I am God. Pastor Bankie teaches from Psalm 46 and Revelation chapter 2 that God grants hidden manna, a white stone, and a new name to those who overcome. Salvation is the beginning, not the end; trials test and prune, producing deeper repentance, faithfulness, and spiritual authority.

Bitterness prevents you from praying properly. Pastor Bankie teaches that faith in prayer is agreeing with God’s heart and will, not stubbornly demanding outcomes.
