Fixing your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith. Pastor Bankie teaches that finishing strong means laying aside every encumbrance and the sin which so easily entangles us, then running with endurance. He warns against leaving God’s path when affliction, waiting, or trials come, and he urges steadfast faith.

Do not fear what you're about to suffer. Pastor Bankie teaches that God is our refuge and strength, even when trials come, and that endurance to the end matters most. Drawing from Psalm number 46 and Revelation chapter 2, he calls believers to be faithful until death, holding fast so their faith does not fail.

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Pastor Bankie urges believers to call on the Lord in distress, insisting that God uses trouble to purify His saints and lead them through “the gates of righteousness” (Psalm 118). The central teaching is to learn God’s help and deeper knowledge of Himself rather than rely on men.

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Pastor Bankie teaches that God tests faith so believers become overcomers. In Revelation chapter 2, those who overcome receive “some of the hidden manna,” “a white stone and a new name written on the stone.” Salvation is free, yet it has a cost that reveals real seriousness.

consider it all joy, my brethren, when you encounter various trials. Pastor Bankie teaches that testing of your faith produces endurance, and endurance must finish its perfect work. In trouble, believers should ask God for wisdom in faith without doubting, give glory to God, and respond with repentance rather than panic.

Therefore, he's crushing the head of the leader of the land of wickedness. Pastor Bankie encourages believers to lift up the name of the Lord over national troubles and to press on in righteousness. Central teaching: in Revelation, the reward is for “him who overcomes,” which means returning to first love, refusing to backslide, and enduring challenges so God can send help.

Troubles come to call our attention, and the message urges believers to respond with prayer, repentance, and faith in God. Pastor Bankie teaches that prophecy is for warfare, so Habakkuk chapter 3 (from verse 2 to verse 15) should be read consistently. He also stresses that the solution is spiritual, not politics, and points to 2 Chronicles 16 as a call to rely on the Lord.

“Following Christ is not a once-in-a-lifetime decision but an everyday choice.” Pastor Bankie teaches that when distress comes, we must not run to distractions or excuse disobedience, but turn to the Lord, seek Him, and obey His word. He emphasizes that “grace” trains through correction and light for everyday faithfulness.

From my distress I called upon the Lord. The message reflects that God answers, sets us in a large place, and helps us not to fear. It also points to “the gates of righteousness” as the way God leads us through troubles, purifying His saints and revealing His face, so we trust Him more than people.

Cease striving and know that I am God. Pastor Bankie teaches from Psalm 46 and Revelation chapter 2 that God grants hidden manna, a white stone, and a new name to those who overcome. Salvation is the beginning, not the end; trials test and prune, producing deeper repentance, faithfulness, and spiritual authority.
