How do we become truly successful?

Coming at you solo on this week’s episode, Rylee taps into our desire to be successful. We all have a skewed view of what success looks like, but God has wired us to be successful and has even given us the instruction manual on how to achieve it. Rylee talks about the ways we go outside of biblical principles in order to obtain success but that the key lies in God’s greatest commandment; to love the Lord your God with all your heart. As long as we’re willing to accept that free gift of eternal life, everything else will fall into alignment and we can truly understand how to be successful as Christians.

How can we make an impact right here, right now? By sowing our dollar correctly.

Rylee invites longtime friend, Tim Kopylov, to join in on this week’s episode, where the two discuss what it looks like to be good stewards and support other business services run by believers.

Tim’s family were refugees from Russia, and grew up trying to survive; everything was out of lack. Realizing that people were spending their money on the best price and quality, and not being intentional about taking back territory, Tim has started to build a platform, called Kingdom, where businesses run by believers could be available to others so that we’re all pouring into one another.

Instead of serving money, we’re supporting the kingdom and living that life of excellence that Rylee is always talking about!

Are we like the wicked and lazy servant or are we like Jesus?

In part two of this series of The Parable of Talents, Rylee and Christian come together again to dig into the third servant who buried his money and did nothing with what God entrusted to him.

They discuss how as Christians, we can relate to this servant in our own lives, if we have the humility to admit that we are just like him.

Sure, there are times when we’re faithful, but oftentimes we live in fear, not trusting God and we question him, and then we think it’s unfair when others around us are getting more. We have so much opportunity, so much ability, and we’re so afraid to step into our purpose and calling.

It’s simple: God gives us seed, and we have to sow that in order to produce harvest. God put us all here for a reason and the world needs each one of us!

In this two-part series, Rylee and Christian discuss The Parable of the Talents. They also share why you gain more when you prove yourself, why money is only as valuable as we make it and why you're a manager of what you receive from God, not the owner.

God has entrusted us with a lot, but he expects us to add value to whatever we have. Once we prove ourselves, we gain more, but we have to keep in mind what we’ve learned; money is a tool, and it’s only as valuable as we make it, for if we don’t manage it well, it is not ours to keep.

Whatever we don’t manage well, we will lose.

God will never take you out of the cycle of sowing and reaping. Only you can take yourself out, if you choose to eat your seed.

Last week, Rylee talked about the power of the seed, and this week discusses how that seed is multiplied, as long as we work to continually sow what we reap.

When you ask for seed, God will give you enough to start, but you have to continually give in order to control the harvest, knowing and trusting that God is your source. Seeds unplanted will go to waste. Seeds that are sown, will produce and multiply.
