The Book of Acts is filled with so many examples that what the Apostles were doing – teaching, giving, healing – was from God. So why couldn't the religious leaders of the day see that? As Pastor Josh suggests, when you're more concerned with being right and keeping control... you can miss the truth entirely.

In a culture defined by moral relativism, how do we determine when we're right or wrong? Well, ask any good parent and they'll tell you, you have to teach it to a child. And part of teaching is correcting. This week Pastor Josh unpacks why we have a good Father in Heaven – because he loves us enough to correct us, rebuke us and discipline us.

The Bible says that we have a great high priest in Christ (Heb. 4) – one who can empathize with our weaknesses for he was tempted in every way we have been, but was without sin. This week, guest pastor Rich Redman encourages us that we, as Christians, need to not get in the way of those who are trying to get to our High Priest.

Returning to our study of the Book of Acts we find the account of Ananias and Sapphira. And, on the surface, it seems bizarrely out of place in the new 'Age of Grace'. But as Pastor Josh shows, theirs is a stern reminder that, Old Testament, New Testament, or today... you do not want to mess around with sin.
