Kino Klash

The old, dusty military movies special! We've got Kyle's WWII Feel Good Comedy??? (Twelve O'Clock High) up against Alex's Anti-War Vietnam Best Picture Winner (Platoon)!

In this episode:

-Alex calls in via his classic "bent-tin-can and shoe-string" method.

-Ryan becomes President of the "Dark"

-Kyle and Brenden compete over how lame their childhoods were.

In the FIRST MATCH UP OF THE SEASON we pit Ryan's 4 seed (The Thing) against Kyle's 13 seed (The Grand Budapest Hotel).

In this episode:

- Alex declares a blood feud with Ralph Fiennes

- Kyle reminisces about a The Thing (2011) slumber party

- Ryan declares his love for the long-neck-trunk-man

After a loooooooooooooooong holiday break (where we may have each been Kramped by the Krampus) Kino Klash is BACK with SEASON 2 Y'all!

In this episode:

- The boys share this season's BRAND NEW movie rankings

- Ryan tries to meta-game

- Alex plays a devious trick (chaos ensues)

This episode has nothing to do with Halloweentown II: Kalabar's Revenge

A winner will be decided.

Gang,

We got tired. We tried - we really did. We shortened episodes. Tried to make it so we didn't have to rewatch movies. Bought a bar! But we just couldn't get our hearts into it. So in one last grand explosion, we just went for it. Episode 44 is the finale of Kino Klash season 1.

On a more genuine note for anyone who reads these, it really does mean a lot to us (probably not Alex) that anyone listen to these. We're really proud of what we've been able to do, and have had a tremendous time doing it.

See you in the next season!

1 seed Her v. 9 seed Paddington 2

5 seed Inside v. 14 seed City of God

Should be v. The Sisters Brothers but everyone is a coward. SMH

4 Seed Children of Men v. 5 seed Steve Jobs

10 seed Akira v. 15 seed Moon

Don't worry gang, now that we started doing these shorter episodes, you can tell we're really cooking! We can keep this up forever!

3 seed Whiplash v. 6 seed Interstellar

A rare Alex v. Alex matchup!
