For me manifestation has been what has changed my world over the last few years and has turned my life into this journey of something I love. I have reached a point in my journey where I want to share with you what worked for me so that I can share my success with you and hope that it helps you to see your own success.
We are covering one of my favourite topics today and that is the embodiment phase, which is the biggest part in the BE phase of the manifestation process.
In this episode we get to use our creative brain and envision our highest self, the version of ourselves that has achieved what it is we have set out to manifest.

This episode is a very special forgiveness meditation to help with overcoming and moving past your limiting beliefs through self forgiveness. This practice is called Ho'oponopono and is an ancient Hawaiian prayer of forgiveness.

I get real about what manifestation is and isn't, no sugar coating, just raw and honest insight that I have experienced.
This episode we start getting into the 'how to' manifest and the process part of manifestation. This week we cover allowing yourself space to dream big and get clear on what it is you want to manifest, the goal you want to set.
We also cover what comes up for you around why you haven't achieved this before and what limiting beliefs you have. I give you a run down on a few techniques that have helped me in dealing with my limiting beliefs. Spoiler alert limiting belief work is an ongoing practice!

In this episode I reintroduce you to the new version of my business and unveil her new rebranding and how that left me realising that I don't in fact need anyone's approval and that some people just might not understand your vision and that is totally ok.

We discussed feeling triggered when people don't understand us and questioning why we feel the need to people please and seek approval. How to truly back yourself when the limiting beliefs, ego and self doubt creep back in.
