• The US and Iran continue trading strikes today
• An Israeli tank open fired in southern Gaza at a displacement camp and killed a 9 year old who was outside of his tent. An Israeli drone strike hit a police station in Gaza and killed 7 police officers
• Netanyahu is warning Iran that if they strike Israel, they will strike back
• Oil prices are up 9% since yesterday
• Trump says he wants US allies to reimburse the US for protection
• Mexico has filed criminal complaints with state prosecutors in the US over the deaths of 17 of its citizens while in ICE custody and during enforcement operations
• ICE has now paused most traffic stops after two deadly shootings in a week
• Today Supreme Court Justices Kagan and Coney-Barrett are asking Congress for more money to cover security due to increased threats
• Congressman Thomas Massie is seeking to remove U.S.-Israel defense integration from the NDAA
• Trump is set to address the nation on Thursday and rumor has it he’s going to address voter fraud and the 2020 election results
• Taco Bell is now under investigation over the parasitic outbreak that has now hospitalized more than 80 people

• The UAE says two tankers were targeted by Iran and an Indian crew member has been killed with 8 others wounded
• Trump said he feels the most effective way to put pressure on Iran is through a combination of blockade and hitting them
• Trump has also reinstated the Iran port blockade and vows to charge 20% on cargo passing through the Strait
• Trump formally notified Congress today that military action restarted on July 7th
• US embassy appointments in Abu Dhabi and US Consulate appointments in Dubai have been cancelled through Wednesday because of the strikes
• South Carolina’s governor has appointed Lindsey Graham’s sister to serve out the rest of his Senate term
• FBI agents are investigating the death of Lindsey Graham out of extreme caution they say
• DHS has admitted that the man they killed this morning in Maine was once again, not the guy they were trying to go after
• A federal judge ruled that Trump sought to manipulate the judicial process with his bogus IRS suit and attempted $1.8B fund
• Trump has reduced the size of two national monuments in Utah undoing protections on public lands that are sacred to Native Americans
• Trump is planning on addressing the nation on Thursday night
• Wisconsin congressman Ron Johnson said that photo of Mitch McConnell…it was an old one
• The Parasitic outbreak continues to spread and in Michigan over 3000 people are affected
• Meta removed its controversial AI feature that rolled out just last week after users complained and most opted out

• Yemen has closed their airports until further notice to prevent Iranian aircraft from landing there
• Iran’s Armed Forces says they will not allow the US to interfere with the Strait of Hormuz, while Trump says the US has pledged to seize the Strait and will get paid a lot of money for guarding it
• Strikes continue to be traded between the US and Iran. US strikes have killed at least 2 in Iran
• Oil prices are back up and AI stocks are down today
• The European Commission has launched a $1B aid initiative for Gaza. It consists of 12 European countries, Japan, the World Bank and the European Investment Bank
• Israel continues to attack Lebanon
• At least 28 people were killed and 25 injured after a fire engulfed a bar in Bangkok
• ICE has killed another person today, this time in Maine
• Senator Mitch McConnell broke his silence with a photo of him and his wife
• Utah Senator Mike Lee said they should pass the SAVE America Act as a legacy piece to honor Lindsey Graham
• As a tribute to Graham, Trump posted an AI generated image of Graham in a Make Iran Great Again hat
• The Trump administration is escalating its war on the International Criminal Court
• In the next few weeks Bill Pulte will be releasing classified documents in the hopes of limiting Democrats from voting and helping Republicans

• Senator Lindsey Graham has died
• Qatar's Sheikh Hamad has died
• Iran says 10 to 11 enemy projectiles targeted Qeshm island while CENTCOM says US forces are positioned and prepared
• Iran claims attacks on Jordan, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar and Oman with missiles and suicide drones
• Trump is doing interviews and stating the Strait of Hormuz is open. He’s also posting to Truth Social about about The Radical Left Lunatics whom he says are often referred to as Dumocrats
• Israel is continuing their attacks and have killed 6 more people in Gaza
• Congressman Ro Khanna of San Jose, California was detained for about 90 minutes by armed Israeli settlers while visiting a Palestinian village in the occupied West Bank
• 2 people were killed in a mass shooting yesterday at Canada’s largest Latin street festival in Toronto
• Trump is promoting the new “Freedom Fuel Network,” a group of 25 gas stations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey selling gasoline for up to 50 cents below market prices
• Vinod Khosla and family will be taking over ownership of the Seattle Seahawks for $9.62B

Kitchen Briefs - July 10, 2026

• Strikes have stopped between the US and Iran and Qatari negotiators are again traveling to Iran to try to regain diplomacy. Trump has said he’s agreed to further talks but that the ceasefire is over.
• Israel continues to strike southern Lebanon and two hospital staff members have been injured in Gaza after an explosive device was dropped on a hospital
• Amnesty International is calling for a war crimes investigation into 3 specific Israeli attacks on Lebanon that killed 24 civilians, including 12 children
• The bipartisan housing bill that becomes law at midnight tonight most likely won’t have Trump’s signature on it
• Secretary of Defense Hegseth issued a policy last year of no beards or facial hair but his recent Navy ship visits had sailors with facial hair
• Those who attended NATO this week in Turkey were gifted a revolver and 6 rounds from the Turkish president
• I shared yesterday that Lorenzo Salgado arowho Araujo was shot and killed by Houston ICE agents. Turns out ICE says that’s not who we were looking for
• Trump has fired the remaining members of the bipartisan Election Assistance Commission
• The family of Nolan Wells has retained attorney Ben Crump
• Next week the House will be voting on a bill to make daylight savings time permanent
• Next week is the Senate Judiciary Committee confirmation hearings for acting attorney general Todd Blanche

• Attacks continue to be traded between the US and Iran
• The Gaza blood bank is facing imminent shutdown as supplies run out
• 8 more Palestinians were killed by Israeli attacks with 17 wounded while Israel continues to destroy homes in southern Lebanon
• Ships are at a standstill in the Strait of Hormuz and Iran moved 10M barrels of oil out of the Strait in anticipation of the US strikes
• Palm Beach International Airport has officially been renamed President Donald J Trump International airport
• Trump flew to NATO on his newly gifted Qatari Air Force One but then strikes occurred and so he flew the old Air Force One from Turkey to England and then switched to the new Air Force One
• Trump posted on Truth Social a photo of his West Wing renovations
• Multiple Epstein survivors have claimed that Epstein’s former assistant lied during her testimony
• Democratic Senate Candidate for Maine Graham Platner has finally dropped out
• ICE has shot and killed a man in Houston, TX
• Singer Bonnie Tyler who famously sang Total Eclipse of the Heart has died at the age of 75

• Israeli forces have killed 8 more people in Gaza including the World Cup screening organizer
• Mitch McConnell supposedly spoke to CNN's Scott Jennings and Senate Majority Leader John Thune
• A judge has tossed out Trump Media’s $3.8B lawsuit against the Washington Post
• The ACLU has filed a lawsuit on behalf of Cats On A Couch against the Trump administration

• Iran is warning Trump that if he doesn’t stop threatening them, there will be no final deal
• While ships are moving through the Strait of Hormuz, three tankers have been struck by projectiles in the past 24 hours. Qatar is holding Iran responsible for the attacks
• A new lawsuit alleges that the Trump administration has been sharing confidential information with the Iranian government about Iranian asylum seekers, violating their rights in an effort to pressure them to go back to Iran
• Israeli forces have killed 4 more people in Gaza
• Israel’s far right national security leader said “They wanted me to hand sandwiches to those terrorists. They used to come in fat; today they come in fat and leave thin. That’s how terrorists should come out.”
• Trump is currently at the NATO summit
• Zelensky is also present and NATO is planning to provide Ukraine with military assistance in the amount of $160B
• Medicaid reimbursement for Planned Parenthood non-abortion health services started back up on Sunday after almost a year of funding restrictions thanks to Trump’s tax bill
• I shared about the disappearance of Nolan Wells in Mississippi yesterday after a boating trip and immediately after, a body was found and Nolan’s family confirmed it was him
• The Democratic Senate candidate for Maine, Graham Platner is accused of sexual assault

• Israel is bombing homes in southern Lebanon and the death toll continues to rise
• Israel is also continuing their strikes in Gaza and have killed another 6 and wounded 20 more
• While a ceasefire is supposed to exist, Israel certainly isn’t adhering to it at all
• Trump accounts are now live and SpaceX has decided to chip in some of their stock
• Trump threatened Iran and say we’ll win one way or another and we can knock everything out in one afternoon
• DOGE has finally shutdown and claims to have saved $215B
• Over the weekend, two National Guardsmen were in pursuit of a man who allegedly pulled a gun on them in Tennessee. The guardsmen fatally shot the suspect
• A story I am not seeing in traditional media is that of a missing 18 year old named Nolan Wells. On July 4th, Nolan, a Black man, went out boating with 3 white male friends to Horn Island, Mississippi. The boat returned and so did the friends, but Nolan did not
• Get out the specialized bug spray because ticks are on the rise
• Yesterday I shared with you that the striker for the US world cup team has his red card suspension lifted so he could play in today’s game. Turns out Trump called in a favor to the FIFA president

• The death toll in Lebanon continues to rise and is now at 4,304 since March 2nd
• Netanyahu says his relationship with Trump is excellent while Trump says Netanyahu knows who the boss is
• Yesterday was America’s 250th birthday. After the National Mall was evacuated due to storms, Trump gave a speech
• White Supremacists marched through DC yesterday showing off their small d energy
• A White House report has branded the leadership of the Smithsonian Institution, especially at the National Museum of American History as radical activists who can’t be trusted
• Nearly 1 million investors lost a total of $3.8B on Trump crypto
• Democrat Mallory McMorrow has suspended her campaign for Michigan Senate
• Paul Pelosi, the husband of former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was involved in a hit and run outside of Napa, CA on Friday
