    • An Israeli attack in Lebanon today has killed six, including 2 rescuers and a Syrian child
    • Flotilla activists who have been released are reporting rape and torture after their Israeli abductions. Several activists were hospitalized with 15 reporting sexual assault, being shot by rubber bullets, broken bones and being denied basic legal rights. 430 people from 50 vessels were abducted by Israeli forces this week in International waters
    • Trump is sending 5,000 troops to Poland despite last week saying he was reducing troops in Europe
    • According to ProPublica and the NY Times the IRS says Trump improperly claimed the same tax losses twice on his Chicago tower project which surprisingly flopped, potentially exposing him to more than $100 million in taxes, penalties, and interest
    • Trump said he gave up a lot of money in “allowing” the Anti Weaponization Fund to go forward and he’s helping others
    • CNN reported this morning that consumer sentiment is at the lowest of all times

    • Marco Rubio says that Cuba is a national security threat to which Cuba says Rubio is trying to instigate military aggression
    • Rubio also said he sees some good signs in talks with Iran but won’t say what they are.
    • The US has lost or damaged at least 42 aircraft in the War in Iran
    • Israel has struck a Lebanese hospital wounding at least 9 including 7 hospital workers
    • Senators just left for recess without voting on the $70B bill to fund ICE and CBP because they’re at an impasse over The Anti Weaponization Fund
    • Meta has settled the first case over school costs tied to youth mental health blamed on the addiction of social media with Kentucky’s Breathitt County School District

    • Italy is asking the EU to sanction Israel’s far right minister over the treatment of flotilla activists while Poland is banning him from their country. The US, the UK, France and Canada have also all expressed outrage. Israel says all activists have been deported
    • Israeli attacks are hitting multiple towns in Lebanon today and at least 4 more Palestinians have died in attacks across Gaza
    • World Central Kitchen says it is scaling back Gaza food operations over funding pressures
    • Republicans are not aligning with the Trump ally fund
    • Another executive order is expected today establishing voluntary government review of AI models before public release

    • Yesterday Trump signed another executive order, this one ordering banks to take a closer look at the citizenship status of their clients warning that deportations could put risk on the bank when it comes to mortgage loans and credit cards
    • Trump spoke to reporters and said voting is rigged in California otherwise he would have won here. He also said Israel loves him so much that he might run for Prime Minister there
    • Jeff Bezos said on CNBC that Trump is being more mature and more disciplined than in his first term

    • Today Admiral Brad Cooper avoided the US taking responsibility for the attack on the Iranian school that killed 73
    • Trump has endorsed Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton for Senate.
    • Republican Senate Majority Leader John Thune has split with the Trump administration over its creation of a $1.8bn saying he’s "not a big fan". Part of the settlement includes the DOJ has forever barred the IRS from ever auditing Trump or his offspring or his companies or any trusts for past tax issues prior to the settlement date
    • Trump is pressuring Thune to fire the Parlimentarian who said the ballroom fund was unconstitutional
    • Minnesota has become the first state to ban prediction markets
    • Black political leaders and the NAACP are launching a new campaign called “Out of Bounds,” urging Black student athletes and fans to boycott major Southern college sports programs in response to Republican-led redistricting efforts they say weaken Black political representation.
