It is Sunday the March 22th and K K Podcast Berlin presents Phil Backensky from Katowice, Poland !!!

Phil Backensky is born in 1978. Live in Katowice, Poland. Started listening to techno music at the beginning of 21st century.

Visiting techno clubs in Poland, feeling the vibes made by local and international DJ's - it was the first steps into techno community.

Love Parade in Berlin, the journey to the root of techno, completely satisfied his necessity of electronic sounds.

From 2014 he began to create his own techno mixes for internet radios (Art Style Techno, Cuebase, Fnoob, Digitally Imported) and started DJ-ing on local techno gigs in Poland and Germany.

From 2014 he is host and producer of Rind Radio Techno project "Beat Storm" which was made to support and promo populard DJs and Producers and giving people good techno vibes.

Sunny greetings from Berlin !! Its March, 08th and K K Podcast Berlin is back on air and just in time for World Women's Day, we present to you Electric Indigo from Vienna, Austria !!

Electric Indigo has been working as international DJ and musician for more than 20 years. Her name stands for the intelligent interpretation of Techno and electronic music. She started to explore live improvisation and free musical experimentation in 2002. In doing so with musicians like Pia Palme, Annelie Gahl or Dorit Chrysler, she disregards usual genre limits.

Important works in recent years comprise multi-channel compositions like "Chiffres" [premiere at Wien Modern / e_may Festival 2012], "ABSTRIAL" [a contemporary opera and collaborative work with Pia Palme, Paola Bianchi and Ivan Fantini, premiere at KosmosTheater, Vienna, 2013], "109.47 degrees" [premiere at Dunkle Zeiten Festival, Vienna, 2014], "Morpheme" [a/v version with visuals by Thomas Wagensommerer, premiere at CTM Festival, Berlin, 2015].

Her new record "Cinq/Zero" was released on Suicide Circus Dark Series in January 2015. Together with Trishes, Electric Indigo will curate the Popfest Vienna 2015.

It is Sunday the 22th of February 2015 and we welcome back Sashbo from Kaiserslautern, Germany !!!

Sascha Bonfiglio aka Sashbo was born 1985 in Kaiserslautern (Germany).

A Palazzo mixtape from Dj Rush was his first contact with Techno music.

From that day on, he is in love with Techno.

After a lot of Partys he started Djing at privat partys.

2013 he had his first official gig and the crowd loved his heavy hitting style that later gave him the chance to play at other shows and locations, and his residence at Kitu club Saarbrücken.

One after his first appearance he supported Dj`s like:

Torsten Kanzler,Pappenheimer, Niereich, Felix Kröcher, Anna Reusch.His style is real, straight, hard and banging.

He is looking forward to his future in this scene.

Biography German

Er war selten der Mittelpunkt in mancher Leben und eher uninteressant in Verbindung mit Techno. Eher bescheiden produzierte er neue Lieder, wobei er selbst nicht motiviert

genug war sich mit dem Thema Marketing zu befassen, um irgendwelche Menschenmassen zu erreichen.

Er machte Techno einfach weil er Lust dazu hatte, und nicht um berühmt zu werden, wissbegierig versuchte er zu verstehen wie Dinge funktionieren.

Die endlose kreative Möglichkeit des Produzierens machte ihn süchtig danach neues zu erschaffen, genauer gesagt seit März 2011.

Rückblende...

In den 90ern hatte er sich Keyboard spielen selbst bei gebracht, und spielte erste Lieder u.a. von Liquido - Narcotic.

Zur selben Zeit zerstörte er durch scratchen die Schallplatten seines alten Herrn und nahm die Nachts laufenden elektronischen Sendungen, bei einem lokal bekannten Radiosender auf.

Knapp ein dreiviertel Jahrzehnt später..

Anfang 2006 fing Philipp Centro an Techno für sich zu entdecken - und begeisternd zu feiern. Später - Ende 2010 fing er selbst an Tracks zusammen zu mischen, stellte aber schnell fest, dass ihm das Produzieren mehr erfüllt, als die eingeschränkte Funktionalität etlicher Mixprogramme. Produzieren kann man nicht erklären man muss es einfach

erleben, fühlen.

Anfang März 2011 entstand Philipp Centro.

Philipp als der zweiter Vorname - kombiniert mit Centro (ital. Mittelpunkt/Volltreffer) als Ironie zur Situation über die Tatsache,dass er mit seinem "Hobbie" nie im Mittelpunkt stand und nie der Mittelpunkt sein wollte, ergeben den heutigen Künstler.

It is Sunday the January 25th and the premiere of the fiftieth podcast I present to you the legendary Anthony Rother from Offenbach am Main, Germany !!!

The name Anthony Rother first appeared in Germany's vibrant electro scene with his first two releases, "Sex With The Machines" (1997) and "Simulationszeitalter" in 2000. In 1998, the producer from the city of Offenbach set up his own label platform "Psi49Net". With the release of his virtual electro-pop project "Little Computer People" (2001), followed by the album "Hacker" (2002), Rother firmly cemented his reputation as an important proponent of the electronic dance music scene.

In 2004, Rother's "Datapunk" label took over the reigns from "Psi49Net", heralding a realignment of his previous sound. Both his "Popkiller" album and "Super Space Model" (2006) were released to widespread acclaim from critics and the public. With the dawn of his newly coined term "moderntronic", Rother in 2007 embarked on a different route in his exploration of the symbiosis of electro and techno. 2008 then marked the release of Anthony's first fully digitally produced album, "My Name Is Beuys Von Telekraft". In 2010, Rother released "Popkiller 2", the sequel to the first Popkiller album both in terms of the logical progression of familiar motifs and as a retrospective of his own musical development since the first album. With a run of CDs released on the Frankfurt-based label Fax Records – including "62 Minutes on Mars", one of the label's fastest selling releases – Rother revealed the more experimental side of his oeuvre. May 2012 sees the release of Anthony's two newest tracks "Grid Stripper" (including a video track) and "Ape Machine" on his Datapunk imprint.

In addition to DJ performances at home and abroad, Rother continues to advance his hardware-based live activities. Using machines operated in real time, he has performed countless renditions of his live set at big-name events around the world. 2012 will see Rother debut his newest live concert format. Working closely with video and graphics artists, the new stage show will feature a form of dramaturgy that focuses more on the interaction of music and visuals. Both musically and visually, the two-hour live set bridges the worlds of art and club culture.

Ever since the start of his career in 1997, Anthony Rother has also managed to make a reputation for himself as a co-producer and remixer, working with some of electronic dance music's most notable artists. Besides projects with ex-Kraftwerk member Karl Bartos, Rother has repeatedly co-produced and remixed Sven Väth (both on his albums "Contact" and "Fire" and for countless tracks and 12"s). He has been a long-term production partner to Munich-based DJ Hell, including work on Hell's LP "Teufelswerk" (2009). Other work includes remixes for artists like Nena, Tiefschwarz, Ellen Alien, Thomas Schumacher and AUX-88 from Detroit in the US.

..aus der Liebe und Leidenschaft zur Musik sollte mehr werden. Techno! Techno ist nicht nur eine Musikgenre, nein. Es ist ein Gefühl, eine Liebe, ein Glauben, eine Lebenseinstellung, Techno ist eine Bewegung. Die Anhänger sind eine große Familie. Nicht umsonst sagt man, dass es in keiner anderen Musikszene mehr offener und hilfsbereitener Zusammenhalt gibt.

2014 - Ein Jahr mit vielen neuen Künstlern, mit viel neuer Musik. Es geht nicht ums auffallen, berühmt werden, Geld oder ähnliches, es geht nur um eins - so vielen Menschen wie möglich das Gefühl meiner Musik zu überbringen. "Hohes B"! ...Mit Krawall und richtig Bums fing es an, ja okay mit Tech House.. 1992 geboren spielte Benjamin alias Hohes B im jungem Alter schon gerne an der teuren Pioneer Musikanlage seinen Stiefvaters herum und am liebsten drehte er den Bass auf Maximum. Musikverliebter von seinen Freunden genannt, Krachmacher von seiner Mutter getauft je lauter desto besser, das war sein Motto, auch wenn dies oftmals Ärger mit sich brachte ließ er sich von sowas nicht die Laune verderben. Bis zur Volljährigkeit begleitet von Tech House. Jedoch änderte dies ein Besuch im Düsseldorfer Rheingold schnell. An dem Abend stand Frank Sonic hinterm DJ-Pult den Rest könnt ihr euch sicherlich denken..
