Vanessa spent the whole show on a shake plate today, so that alone makes this one worth listening to. We're attempting a new wellness trend every week, and Vanessa had to stand on one of those shake plates for the entire show, which she said 'scrambled her brain.' Did Kurt Cobain really kill himself? One group is convinced he was murdered and has spent years compiling and studying new evidence, which is now being considered by the Seattle Police Department. It's their next step in reopening the investigation into Kurt's death, and we spoke to the lead researcher and investigator Michelle Wilkins about the evidence, which fired people up like crazy, especially Jake.

We did more Human Bingo today where we heard your stories of being trapped/stuck, dying and coming back to life, and people with medical anomalies. We also revisited the fact that Klein has two buttholes, which prompted another impromptu conversation between Klein and Grok.

Plus a new problem with Ally's kid at school involving his ability to wipe his own ass, which prompted a larger conversation about proper toilet paper use in the bathroom.

Move over Dubai chocolate, it's Fresno chocolate's turn! Today's show had highly embarrassing moments for both Klein and Ally. Klein attempted to prank his kids last night by telling them about the new Halloween trend "trick or reading," but it backfired horribly when his kids and wife began insulting him. Apparently he's been scammed by a Needoh hustler recently, and his daughter also shared with her entire class how much her daddy loves the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.

Today we kicked off the Wheel of Wellness! There are a million wellness trends out there today: cryotherapy, hyperbolic chambers, intermittent fasting, weighted vests, coffee enimas & more. We put them all on the wheel and challenged someone on the show to take up one of these wellness trends for a whole week. Vanessa was up first, she's already worried about what the wheel landed on.

We debuted an exciting new animated video on our IG today. A year ago we got a complaint call from a woman who was very pissed off at us for talking about Molly being a great drug. We revisited the call today, and if you'd like the new visual aid check out the new video HERE!

Ally had an embarassing moment with a member of the band The Beaches at their In N Out Burger Soundspace yesterday. When guitarist Leandra complimented the KROQ bathroom, Ally followed up with a line about how many craps she's taken in said bathroom. It didn't go over well, but was it more embarassing than her interaction with a motorcycle cop the day before?
