May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Dr. Rashida Licensed Therapist and Educator joins 4Opinions to navigate and  help  breakdown ways to increase acknowledging Mental Health and it's  Awareness. Traditionally, in relationships women are always gifted feminine gifts... like flowers, perfume etc. In a social media experiment, women decided to give men flowers and the reactions were unexpected to most and challenged from both sides. Has it became the norm to give me roses while in a romantic relationship and if so , how did the times change.

4Opinions discuss the question of while you are  in a relationship who is to love more in the relationship, the male or the female. Are percentages required for relationships today? Will a relationship be able to have longevity if each parties are not giving there part in the relationship.

Together we will share experiences of how dating has  affected the journey's  to obtaining  sustainable relationships in the Twin Cities.
