They don’t know what to do with me baby, that’s the problem. They can’t sit me down and shut me up, put me in a box, Or play me at my own game, Because how can I be so calm when I'm a hurricane of a woman? All power and strength and independence. I'm not pretty, soft, and quiet, I'm beautiful, strong, powerful, determined, Sexy as hell, But they don’t know what to make of me. I am a once in a lifetime kind of woman, That little boys may pass up for the safety of everyday girls, But I know my worth. I could bring them to their knees if I so choose. I wear my purpose like an armor and I will allow no man to puzzle me out by stripping me of my strength, not even you.
I just need you to simply stand back and say “that’s my girl”.

I know that I'm not easy to love. Forgive me?
