A plan for improving Humboldt County's economy is linked to federal funding and inspired various opinions among the county's Baord of Supervisors. Daniel Mintz reports. 

Business owners across Humboldt County are pessimistic about their prospects according to the results of a recent survey conducted by local business organizations. Almost half of them fear they may not survive in the medium or long term.
