Welcome to Movie Mandates, a review show in which sibling cinephiles Andrew and Keleigh force each other to watch movies according to a monthly theme!  December's theme is AFI Top 100 so I mandated my sister watch Amadeus.  It's about some obscure pianist.  You've probably never heard of him.

Programming Note:  For some reason, Zoom recorded my sister's audio really low so she can be a bit hard to hear.  Unfortunately, it's an issue in both of December's episodes but it seems to be fine in all subsequent recordings.  Going forward, I will record our audio tracks separately so I can individually control the volume if this happens again.

0:00 - Trivial Trivia

8:12 - Amadeus review

55:25 - Next episode's mandated movie

We'll be back in three weeks with another mandated movie.  If you'd like to watch it, click here to find where it's streaming or available to rent.

If you'd like to watch the video version of Movie Mandates, you can do so on YouTube.  Alternatively, you can listen to and audio-only version on iTunes.  New episodes of Movie Mandates drop on the first and third Wednesday of every month!

Credits: Molehill Mountain is hosted by Andrew Eisen and Keleigh Eisen.  Music in the show includes "To the Top" by Silent Partner and is used with permission.  Movie Mandates logo and art by Lynndy Lee.

The hedgehog's bed is in ruins!

I mean, Chris Pratt could be voicing Link... (this little joke would make a bit more sense if I actually got around to talking about The Super Mario Bros. Movie trailer. But I don't. Oh well. Maybe next week!)

0:00 - Rurouni Kenshin. I liked the OVAs but not the series. What did I think of the first live action movie?

10:54 - And the award for Worst Customer Service Group goes to... TeamYouTube on Twitter!

38:10 - From here, it devolves into Andrew's Therapy Hour (mine, not yours) including uncomfortably frank discussions of the myriad things wrong with me!

If you missed Saturday’s live broadcast of Molehill Mountain, you can watch the video replay on YouTube.  Alternatively, you can catch audio versions of the show on iTunes. Molehill Mountain streams live at 7p PST every Saturday night!

7:00 PMSheekagoOh I'm early

7:02 PMSheekagoHey Andrew

7:03 PMLee ShowronLet me guess you had a bad day

7:03 PMSheekagoYou could just wrap lights around your pole of stuffed animals and call it a tree

7:03 PMOrionHello hello

7:04 PMLynndy Leehi hi

7:06 PMKatie Brandtjust popping in to say hi!

7:07 PMaddictedtochaosHi all.

7:07 PMKatie BrandtI am! hope you are too!

7:08 PMLynndy Leethat will probably take you 4 hours to watch the Jem movie

7:08 PMKatie BrandtI know! I don't want to do that to you, but you need to!

7:08 PMKatie Brandtlol

7:08 PMLee ShowronI heard Jem movie is worse then the original

7:12 PMCafeFoxwhats up yall

7:13 PMKatie BrandtI will wait for your review to give you my opinion

7:15 PMLynndy Leeyou're just stalling. Just rip the band aid

7:18 PMKatie Brandtyes! our YouTube feeds are through the roof weird!

7:24 PMaddictedtochaos[message retracted]

7:24 PMaddictedtochaosSounds like an automated response.

7:26 PMLee ShowronI never understood why people like watching that

7:27 PMKatie Brandtbots just don't care lol

7:28 PMaddictedtochaosOr they are just like “Oh no it’s that Andrew Eisen again.” And they are just doing it to troll you. Probably not.

7:30 PMSheekagoI'm always cursing out Alexa and am rude to it. It always messes up my request and turns on when I don't call it.

7:30 PMKatie Brandtmy husband literally tells Alexa to piss off when she "dosen't listen". lol

7:31 PMLyricallyCHello, everyone

7:32 PMLyricallyCuh oh?

7:32 PMLyricallyCThat's insane

7:33 PMSheekagoPlease do our work for us. If you find out you violated the copyright law, please ban your own account. Thank you.

7:34 PMCafeFoxI've been trying for a while now to get YouTube to straighten up some album uploads that have been automatically added to their "various artists" channel. Been unable to even reach a real person

7:35 PMLee ShowronThey even try to get people that use copyright free stuff

7:35 PMLyricallyCI feel like this is something automated at youtube

7:35 PMCafeFoxI swear if you aren't an active user, you're denied any kind of proper customer service

7:36 PMLyricallyClike no human can be responding like this?

7:39 PMLee ShowronUmm not be like twitter now because of how Elon is running it

7:40 PMLee ShowronWay Elon did Twitter and buying the Check mark makes people think trolls are other companies. Elon made twitter worse

7:48 PMLyricallyCI would love to see you in a musical

7:50 PMKatie BrandtI'm following you now on Twitter! lol

7:50 PMLyricallyCWhat was your last music gig?

7:51 PMLyricallyCI know you did accapella once

7:53 PMLyricallyCUnless you start cracking up during your streams when gaming
