Frank has thought about killing himself more times than he can count. Depression and suicide run in the family. He’s turned a lifelong battle with depression into a powerful message to spread amongst a variety of audiences. His mission as a Suicide Prevention and Public Speaker and Trainer is to share his insights on mental and emotional health with anyone that needs to hear it.
Frank was featured on a TED Talk, “A Matter of Life or Death,” where he has been able to address topics that are often taboo in today’s society.
As a Motivational Public Speaker who travels the world, he uses comedy and personal life lessons to help break the ice and start an engaging conversation among others struggling with mental and emotional stability.
He believes that where there is humor there is hope. Where there is laughter there is life. Nobody dies laughing.
