How to build a beer lifting quad, and Interdrone 2015.
The Beerlifter
Parts List
Total: $276.56
Practical Design Considerations
1. ESCs
We've got 8 x RTFQ 2208 2300KV motors that max out at 295 watts
So we need 20 Amps ESCs (with sustainable bursting to 30 amp, for good measure)
2. Batteries
Again: 8 x RTFQ 2208 2300KV motors that max out at 295 watts
This means that we can't provide enough power with that single battery to max out our motors.
We COULD go with a larger capacity battery, or a higher discharge rated battery
But I decided to double up on the 4s 2200 60C packs. That gives us 3,907.2 Watts
