My friend Erin joined me to discuss her alcoholism. She explains the "perfect storm" that created her addiction and the events that lead to her sobriety. We discuss the misconceptions of addiction and why the dangers and signs of high functioning alcoholism are often overlooked. 

The veterinary field has one of the highest suicide rates of any profession. Dr. Scott Read joined me to discuss the mental health crisis impacting his field. We discuss the factors impacting the disproportionately high suicide rates and the issues he deals with as a vet.
