Stephanie has spent the better part of 15 years as a production manager in the sports & entertainment industry. After entering the industry working in reality television, Stephanie found her niche managing production for the NFL as part of the NFL Network and Thursday Night Football. But this is only part of her personal story that she was gracious enough to share.

He uses lessons learned as a former Division I lacrosse player and naval surface warfare officer to lead a team responsible for managing complex and diverse real estate assets. Rich Halverson is a veteran and the CEO/Co-Founder of the startup Joint Homes, a public benefit company with the goal of helping active-duty service members overcome obstacles to home ownership. Rich overcame a severe health issue to graduate from the Naval Academy in 2005 and serve as a Naval Intelligence officer during the battle of Ramadi in Iraq, working with some of our country’s most well-known warriors.
