The New Black Codes are a modern social contract designed to strengthen, unify, and advance the Black community. They are not tied to any religion, political ideology, organization, or generation. Instead, they are built upon universal principles that have helped communities survive, prosper, and flourish throughout history.

Research shows that successful societies share common values that promote trust, cooperation, accountability, and mutual respect. These principles appear in cultures around the world because they help people live and work together effectively. Their purpose is simple: to create an environment where individuals, families, and communities can thrive.

The New Black Codes recognize that no single principle stands alone. Respect requires responsibility. Justice requires honesty. Freedom requires accountability. Safety requires self-control. As-Salaam Alaikum, everyone. Today, we're diving into part 2 of a topic that affects many of us, whether we realize it or not—the Western mentality and how to recognize it in our lives.

While we often use terms like "sociopath" casually, today we're looking at the specific traits and behaviors of the Western Mind that make these individuals so dangerous in our personal and professional lives. Understanding the Western mentality isn't about hate or becoming paranoid ourselves. It's about developing healthy boundaries and protecting our well-being.

This illustrates that finding a way to establish peace often necessitates separation and self-identity. The realities of historical and ongoing conflicts indicate a clear need for self-governance and independence for those seeking peace.

“Most of us talk about white supremacy, but we have never understood the architecture of white supremacy; therefore, we continue to be victims of it, because the light of truth has not shown the root of white supremacy.

“Once the light of the sun strikes the root of the tree, the tree dies. And what has happened to Black people, and white people, and Jews and Gentiles, is that a small group—10 percent—have deceived and misused 85 percent of the people; and sucked their blood to live in luxury at the expense of those who do not understand the law of cause and effect, and believe in a mystery god, and are poison animal eaters.

1. Attraction to the Light in Others- Anti-social personalities often target Creative and Innovative people; inventors, conscious artists, activist, etc. seeing their creativity as something to destroy.

2. Help Aversion- They react negatively to genuine efforts to help others, instead supporting destructive activities masquerading as helpful.

4. Fear of Others- Their actions stem from a deep-seated fear of other people, viewing everyone as enemies.

5. Opposition to Improvement- They feel threatened by efforts to make others stronger or more knowledgeable, fearing their own downfall if others improve.

6. Rational Appearance- Despite their irrational beliefs, they can appear convincing and sane.

7. Hidden Insanity- Their underlying insanity often manifests in paranoia, seeing threats from imaginary sources like Immigrants, Muslims, and non-white peoples.  This results in **Witch Hunts**where innocent individuals are targeted.

8. Self-Criticism- They lack the ability for self-criticism and must always see themselves as right (Denial and Projection).

9. Correcting Conduct- Only well-balanced individuals attempt to improve their behavior, unlike anti-social personalities who resist correction.

The characteristics and behaviors of a sociopath fall under the anti-social personality disorder category. Here are the key characteristics:

Personality Traits

- Part of cluster B personality disorders, characterized by dramatic and unpredictable behavior

- Lack of understanding of other people's feelings

- Impulsive and rule-breaking

- Do not feel guilt for harm caused, they take no responsibility to repair the damage

Manipulation Tactics

- Extremely charming and charismatic, often described as "dangerously charming"

- Manipulative, using tactics like:

  - Flattery

  - Compliments

  - Blaming

  - Lying

  - Gaslighting

  - Shaming

  - Threats

Relationship Dynamics

- See people as resources or obstacles

- Possess a sense of entitlement and self-righteousness

- Narcissistic with a lack of empathy

- View relationships as transactions

- Highly possessive and controlling

Behavioral Characteristics

- Impulsive and prone to risky or illegal behavior

- Blame others for their mistakes

- Avoid taking responsibility

- Prey on others' fears and insecurities
