This week Mac the Therapist came into the koffee shop to drop some gems on dating and the importance of therapy in the black community. Mac breaks down the reasoning as to why a lot of black men don't like going to therapy, the importance of therapy amongst any type of relationships, and of course we got to pick his brain about dating (whew Chile y'all know its ghetto). He definitely dropped a gem for us ladies about how we need to start playing the game like men when it comes to dating... so make sure y'all listen up and take notes. Enjoy!!

Hey koffee mates!! This week at the koffee shop we are joined by Dr. Arumala OB/GYN to discuss women's health ( WAP if you nasty lol). Dr. Arumala is based in Mansfield, Texas (has her own boutique style practice) and is also the host of her own podcast Pretty in Pink Pod. Dr. Arumala was such a gem for this brew - we discussed the use of "Yoni Products" and the history behind them (cleared up some myths behind them as well), disparities and the mistreatment of black women in healthcare. We also talked about infertility and women over 30 having options - and definitely got into the WAP talk and how to really get one lol. Y'all we had a blast talking with Dr. Arumala, I hope she was helpful and insightful! Enjoy!
