Everyone has been at that point where they are at their lowest but everyone around them seems to think otherwise because of how well they carry themselves or the fake smiles that they flash. On this episode of Koffee With Kess, I talk about my own experience and the things that helped me, hoping they help you too. It’s good to be back here too. Lol.

Gratefulness is all I feel for this year. I’m grateful for the year it was, I’m grateful for the good and bad. Looking forward to a new year. Merry Christmas!

While this in itself is not a form of mental illness. Enough of it is required for a healthy mind. Ps: Forgive my ghosting pretty please.

It is a bizarre feeling, sometimes I’m looking at myself from the outside, other times I get confused as to whether or not I’m really thinking the thoughts that I am thinking. Most importantly, it’s just really that fear of losing touch with reality forever.
