A man is injured in an early morning shooting on Robinhood Drive near Lakeside Drive. It happened just before 330 am. The victim is described as being a 47 year old Hispanic man, who was hit in the leg with a bullet.

Officials with Washoe County say there's now a place for Lemmon Valley residents to get drinking water. It's on Lemmon Drive between Pompe Way and Dillon Way. There are potable water filling stations capable of filling large containers, handwashing stations, showers and toilets. They also say portable showers have been installed at Lemmon Drive and Pompe. They're available from seven each morning until nine at night every day.

The Nevada Wolf Pack men's basketball team will be heading to Milwaukee this Thursday to take on Big 12 tournament champions and number five seeded Iowa State in the first round of the N-C-A-A Championship. The Wolf Pack is a twelfth seed. They beat Colorado state 79-71 last night to win the Mountain West Conference. That gave them a bid in this years N-C-A-A Tournament. This is the first time the team has been to the tournament since they won the WAC way back in 2006.

Truckee Meadows Water Authority will resume construction tomorrow on a water main replacement project in the North Valleys. Traffic will be impacted for several months on North Virginia Street between the intersection with Lemmon Drive, and one-half mile past the intersection with Stead Blvd. Be prepared for delays as traffic will be reduced to one lane between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Because delays may be lengthy, alternate routes are recommended. The project is projected to be finished in early June.
