The Regional Transportation Commission is reminding the public not to trespass on the SouthEast Connector project site during construction.

Reno Police say a man who was shot and killed by Sparks Police had fired a shot at police after a chase and traffic stop. Their investigation indicates 27-year-old Humberto Vera-Munoz got out of his car armed with a handgun and fired a shot at one of the officers.
