A Secret Witness tip has led to the arrest of the missing parents of two children who were the focus of an AMBER Alert Monday night. 29-year-old Dason Valdez and 27-year-old Krystle Reid were located by the Carson City Sheriff's Office early this morning. Valdez was arrested on a Carson City warrant, while Reid was released at the scene. Charges for both are pending in Douglas County.
