Police are on the lookout for an inmate who walked away from a prison camp in Humboldt County. 23-year-old James Westbrook was serving an attempted burglary sentence when he walked away with another inmate, 25-year-old Nicco Donavan. Donavan was arrested Monday while sleeping near a Reno business. Westbrook is described as 6'2" tall with hazel eyes, brown hair, and a medium build. The word "Jay" is tattooed on his right forearm.

An inmate who walked away from a prison camp in Humboldt County has been captured while a second inmate is still at large. Nevada Department of Corrections officials say Nicco Donavan Way was arrested after someone saw him sleeping near a Reno business and called police. 23-year-old James Westbrook is still on the loose. The pair walked away from the minimum security Humboldt Conservation Camp 66 miles northeast of Lovelock. They were reportedly seen at a convenience store on Grove Street in Reno Saturday afternoon. Westbrook is described as 6'2", with hazel eyes, brown hair, and a medium build. The word "Jay" is tattooed on his right forearm.

Power has been restored to thousands of customers near Idlewild Park. The outage happened at the substation near Idlewild Drive and Booth Street around just before 11 o'clock last night. According to NV Energy, the power was restored around 2am this morning. At one point more than 6,000 customers were without power.
